Vi umas fotos na internet de um hamb\u00farguer feito de nissin miojo e achei bem interessante. Como tinha todos ingrediente sem casa resolvi tentar reproduzir.<\/p>\n

Ingredientes:<\/p>\n

1 pacote de miojo qualquer sabor (usei de galinha caipira que tinha em casa)
\n1 ovo
\n1 bife de hamburguer
\n3 fatias de queijo cheddar
\nmolho barbecue<\/p>\n

e agora, o que eu fa\u00e7o?<\/p>\n

Cozinhe o miojo como se fosse fazer a massa, escorra a \u00e1gua, tempere com o temperinho que vem junto e depois adicione um ovo batido.
\nNuma panelinha (usei uma de fazer omelete) frite metade da massa at\u00e9 ficar numa consist\u00eancia mais resistente. Fa\u00e7a isso com a outra metade.
\nDepois frite o bife de hamb\u00farguer, derreta o cheddar junto e monte o hamb\u00farguer com molho barbecue.<\/p>\n

O gosto \u00e9 bem bom e ele n\u00e3o se desmancha ao pegar.. na pr\u00f3xima vez vou fazer o bife com carne mo\u00edda e com mais quantidade de carne.. e tamb\u00e9m vou colocar uma saladinha junto.<\/p>\n
