Fiz com as claras uma Pavlova (que vi fazendo na TV no Masterchef) e com as gemas fiz uns Cream Brul\u00e8e. Segue a receitinha da Pavlova<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<p>5 claras<br \/>\n280 gramas de a\u00e7\u00facar<br \/>\n1 colher de maizena<br \/>\n1 colher de vinagre de vinho branco<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes recheio:<\/p>\n<p>350ml de Nata<br \/>\n4 colheres de sopa de a\u00e7\u00facar<br \/>\n1 fava de baunilha (ou uma colher de ess\u00eancia de baunilha)<br \/>\n600gr de morangos (ou outra fruta de preferencia).<\/p>\n<p>E agora, o que eu fa\u00e7o?<\/p>\n<p>Bater as claras em neve com uma pitada de sal, depois vai acrescentando o a\u00e7\u00facar aos poucos e ap\u00f3s colocar a maizena e a colher de vinagre e bater mais uns 4 min at\u00e9 ficar bem firme.<\/p>\n<p>Numa forma forrado com um Silpat, colocar o merengue formando um bolo (conforme preferencia) e colocar para assar em forno baixo (150 graus), eu deixei por 1h20 pois meu forno \u00e9 meio louco.<\/p>\n<p>O recheio \u00e9 s\u00f3 bater a nata com o a\u00e7\u00facar e a baunilha at\u00e9 virar um chantily.
